1. Use of our website

All purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order at our discretion.
3. Payments & billing
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. For customers in the UK, EU, and US, prices are inclusive of VAT, customs duties, and import taxes (Delivered Duty Paid).
4. Shipping, delivery & force majeure
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier policies. Our standard lead time is 16 weeks, comprising 8 weeks for fabrication and 8 weeks for transit. Title and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery. We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockdowns, or global supply chain disruptions.
5. Returns, right to cancel & refunds
In accordance with UK and EU Consumer Rights, you have the right to cancel your order and return your TonerBox within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the unit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned unit.
6. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and the TonerBox design, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
7. Limited warranty
TONER FITNESS LTD warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). Should a structural or functional defect arise during this warranty period, TONER FITNESS LTD will, at its discretion, repair the item, provide replacement parts or a complete unit, or issue a purchase refund. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, and any cosmetic damage resulting from wear and tear (including but not limited to scratches, dents, scuffs, discoloration, paint chipping, or surface wear) that does not impair the functional operation of the product.

To make a claim during the Warranty Period, you must contact TONER FITNESS LTD at hello@toner.fit with proof of purchase.
9. Disclaimer of other warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the express limited warranty above is in lieu of all other warranties. Except as expressly provided above, the products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and TONER FITNESS LTD disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent any implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, any such implied warranties are limited in duration to the 12-month Warranty Period.
10. Limitation of liability & warranty
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. Subject to this, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use of the product outside of its intended purpose as outlined in the User Manual. Except as required by law, our total liability to you shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Governing law & entire agreement
