Why is TonerBox only available made-to-order?
We have chosen a made-to-order model to ensure that every unit meets our standards. By producing in limited batches rather than holding mass-market stock, we can focus entirely on the quality of your specific build.
Every piece of equipment is hand-finished and individually inspected before shipping.
This approach allows us to eliminate the waste typical of traditional mass-manufacturing while ensuring your TonerBox arrives in perfect condition.

Does TonerBox require assembly?
None at all. TonerBox arrives fully assembled and ready for your first session. Simply unbox, place your weight plates and gear into the weight rack, and begin your training.
Does TonerBox come with a warranty?
Every TonerBox unit and all exercise gear is backed by a 12 month warranty.
We build our products to the same standards as high-end furniture, ensuring they remain a staple of your home for years to come.
How often will I receive updates about my order?
You will receive curated updates from our team detailing every stage of your build, from fabrication and assembly to final quality control.
After this, you will receive your tracking number for the secure transit.
You will be able to track every step of your TonerBox.
Can I purchase replacement parts after the warranty expires?
Yes. While we don't hold inventory, we manufacture extra parts during each production run.
If you ever need a component replaced or a repair handled after your warranty period, please reach out to us.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?
We ship to the UK, Europe (EU and non-EU), USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Australia, and New Zealand.
We can't ship to PO boxes or military bases.
How long is the delivery?
TonerBox is made-to-order in limited production runs. The estimated lead time for delivery is 16 weeks, which is divided into two stages:
10 weeks of fabrication: Our production team build, hand-finish, and assemble your unit to meet our quality standards.
6 weeks of international shipping: Due to its solid construction and significant weight, TonerBox is shipped via sea freight to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Are there any shipping costs?
Complimentary shipping is included with all made-to-orders.
To ensure a seamless experience, our pricing is all-inclusive; all VAT, duties, and taxes are covered, with no additional costs upon delivery.
Can I cancel my order before delivery?
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any point during the fabrication period.
Once your TonerBox has been dispatched for transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.
However, our standard 14 days return policy applies upon delivery.
What is your return policy after delivery?
TonerBox units can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the unit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
After initiating a return, you then have 14 days to ship it back to us.
Refund will be issued once the return has been received and processed by our team.
Shipping fees will be subtracted from the final refund.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
You can update your address at any point during the fabrication period.
Once your TonerBox has been despatched and is in transit, changes are no longer possible.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the difference between TonerBox and TonerBox Core?
Both versions feature the same HIIT bench, crafted from 6061 T6 aluminium and oak veneered plywood, and include a weight rack and an exercise mat.
TonerBox is the complete, ready-to-use system including OUR custom 37 kg / 81.6 lbs rubber bumper weight plate set, Olympic dumbbell bars, and exercise gear.
TonerBox Core is the standalone unit. It is designed for those who already have their own workout gear or prefer to source their own equipment.
The TonerBox weight rack is designed to be compatible with Toner's weight plate dimensions.
TonerBox Core's weight rack is designed for universal 3rd party workout gear storage.
How does the bench fold and unfold?
TonerBox features a unique tri-fold bench architecture that uses our custom hinge design, developed specifically for this product.
These hinges are engineered to be robust and strong, ensuring stability and safety during your workouts.
It unfolds in seconds with a smooth, secure motion and folds down just as easily for compact storage.
How much space does TonerBox take when folded?
When folded, TonerBox measures just L49 cm x W38 cm x H49 cm /
L19.3" x W15" x H19.3".
